Video Stories

This series was built for the Finnish Camera magazine as an example for an article about building portfolios. I wanted to build a story from already existing images from my archives. With the story I wanted to make a statement about the protection and wellbeing of forests and trees. I am concerned about the speed in which forests are destroyed globally and even cut down for pulp and paper in Finland. I wanted to have the mood of a doom day in the series and therefore selected some images with an ominous and threatening feel as well as busy movements reflecting nervousness.
