I travel within Lapland quite a bit to do photoshoots in various places. Often my husband comes a long and drives the car. I can concentrate the whole trip in photographing the passing scenery. I have found that very exciting and often with very good results. The motion of the car adds something special to the images. This was an early morning sunrise in the beginning of January when the day is at its shortest and the colours most vivid. The name comes from the impression the world is quite dark but it brings me light and peace of mind.
