Presentation for FIAP Photo Academy

FIAP is the international organization for national photography associations. The FIAP Photo Academy Online Events was established in 2020 to promote the Art of Photography and the dissemination of photographic knowledge to all followers of FIAP.

I am honored to hold a presentation for FIAP, where I will speak about using the techniques of ICM photography to Tell Stories and Build a Series of images.

​

In the presentation I will lead the listeners through my work process and how I use ICM photography to build bodies of work telling a story. As my background is in photojournalism, images unrelated to one another are not as interesting to me as a sequence telling a story. With semi abstract images as ICM photographs often are, the story is not written in full form by the photographer but completed in the mind of the viewer.
